I normally don't love doing newborn pictures.  But I love doing them as a gift for friends.  What could be better than something like this to treasure forever?  This is one BEAUTIFUL baby!  It's a good thing she looks like her mommy- cause her daddy is Jared- the guy I work with! ;)

New neighbors...{E and W}

I was openly annoyed at the builders in my neighborhood for putting a house literally 14 feet off to the side of my own house.  I know the "benefits" of living in a neighborhood- and I understood I'd have a neighbor, but 14 feet?  I look out my laundry room window and see the side of a house!  Let alone having to be fully clothed when I enter the laundry room from now on, no free-wheeling to get the underwear out of the dryer anymore!  BUT... I haven't stopped thanking the Lord since my new neighbors moved in.  I couldn't ask for better!  Wendy and I became quick friends, mostly because we're so much alike.  We have a lot in common, except that she is starting again, (even at our ripe old age) being a mom. She has a two year old and a new baby- I can't even imagine!  So, once again, I'm grateful... a good neighbor 14 feet away is a lot better than a bad one!

Baby {Brooklyn}

Baby Brooklyn is getting bigger.  I've taken pictures of her twice, and getting ready to do her 6 month shoot today- They don't come much cuter than this and I can't wait to see her again!

I was so excited with the way this photoshoot turned out.  It's been so much fun to edit too!  These littles are only 13 days apart- and destined to be together for the rest of their lives- whether they want to or not!

Baby {Brooklyn}...

She's here!  Beautiful Brooklyn came to this world in a 6lb 11oz. package on January 18th.  She is one of the most loved babies I've ever seen!  Welcome to the world Baby B!

Bella Lou and Santa Claus

I snapped these yesterday when we were at Western Living.  I couldn't believe we actually got the REAL Santa to take some time for pictures!  I love this though- Bella wasn't the least bit scared and smiled and looked at Santa like he was an old friend.  That's how I knew he HAD to be the real Santa!
